As a Master Trained Ballerina from New York City, I bring the toning, strength and stamina aspects of my profession to a high-intensity yet low-impact workout geared to both women and men. My studies of Pilates, Kinesiology and Choreography also help facilitate a class that builds your core, increases agility and overall flexibility. Fitness has always been an essential part of my life and I truly enjoy presenting my skills to our students and watching them develop and grow!
