Colleen has been mesmerized by yoga since she first stepped on her mat and has been teaching since 2012. She received her 200-hr certification with Marni Task and is 500-hr certified from Yoga on High where she studied with many world-renowned teachers. She holds additional certifications in pranayama, meditation, iRest, SEKOIA, and enjoys working with students of all ages and abilities. A Reiki Master and yoga philosophy enthusiast, you can expect to have yogic philosophy, breathwork and meditation woven into her multi-level asana classes.
